| Profile |
Business Change Manager with over 10 years experience in shaping, managing and delivering strategic business change projects in the Financial, IT, Telco and Public Sectors.
Responsible for consultancy, design and management of major Business Change Programmes, typically including, organisation design, communications and stakeholder management. Transitions organisations from a current state to a desired future state supporting Strategic Business goals using Prince 2 methodology.
Drawing on extensive experience delivers business change using communications, impact assessments, gap analysis, understanding leadership’s styles and group dynamics, developing Organisational roadmaps to support restructuring, job definitions and staff training, aligning organisation to enable delivery of business change.
Seeks contract or interim work, being immediately available for both interviews and starts for most locations within the North Western region of the UK.
